Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. Our team will verify the order status and assist with the cancellation process if the shipment has not yet been processed.

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Shadow Luxe reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.
