At Shadow Luxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
To request a refund or replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear images or proof of the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will initiate the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we may not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they were delivered in damaged condition.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after approval.
Shadow Luxe reserves the right to reject refund requests if the return conditions are not met.
